Summary/Abstract: The effectiveness of cooperation is an objective and necessary feature of all actions, processes, and phenomena circumscribed to cooperation process, channeled towards satisfying all needs, aspirations, requirements etc. The effectiveness of cooperation is the degree of achievement of the targets set for cooperative work and the relationship between the projected and actual result of that activity.
