Summary/Abstract: Early twentieth century found Russia and Romania as part of different political and military alliances. However, the Great Powers of the Entente attitude towards Romania and therefore political, diplomatic and military relations between Romania and Russia have significantly improved during the First Balkan War, submitting to the new general policy guidelines which Entente gradually adopted it on the Southeastern Europe.
