Summary/Abstract: Until the end of 2014, the ISAF will be withdrawn from Afghanistan according to the agreements established in 2010 in Lisbon and reiterated in Chicago 2012. The withdrawal of the international forces from Afghanistan would generate several implications for the Afghan state, for the region of Central Asia, as well as for the international and regional actors, North-Atlantic Alliance, USA, Russian Federation, China, and also for Iran, Pakistan and the neighboring states from the area.
