Summary/Abstract: In theory and practice of investment, there are many methods of assessment of investment-generally a major factor in the classification of methods it is time. Analyzing the time factor in calculating the efficiency of investment, we take into account the static and dynamic methods. In practice, the main criterion for investment decision-making used by management are dynamic methods for assessing the effectiveness of investment. To evaluate the effectiveness of financial investments, in the article used criterion NPV and IRR.
