Projects selection of new products in innovation controlling

Summary/Abstract: The content of this article is an attempt to discuss the issue of evaluation and selection of innovative projects. The selection of projects of new products and services is a complex and multi-task requiring extensive knowledge from several areas of the organization and outside it. Therefore it requires the integration processes in the acquisition, processing and presentation of information as well as the use of specific methods of evaluation. The complexity of the issue requires that the selection process has been supported by over-function management system. This article attempts to identify the most important problems associated with the selection and design of new products and a proposal of their solutions with the support of controlling system.
