Summary/Abstract: The reformation of the army and of the order forces represented a fundamental element for the Communist Party at the beginning of the period of Romania communization. Its success was assured by a few measures. First of ali, benefiting the support of the Red Army, materialized in the activity of The Allied Soviet Commission of Control, the Romanian communists would pass at the annihilation of any opposition in the inside of this organisms which were very important for a state's security. The stipulations of the Armistice Convention from 1 th of September 1944 and of the Protocol from 26 of October made possible the creation of a "new army". To these, a sum of new legal measures was added between August 1944 - August 1 947, which macte easier the "cleaning operation" of the royal Romanian army concerning the uncertain persons. The expui sion of the superior officers who fought at the East front against the Soviet Union was the first measure adopted by the procommunist authorities
