Tradition and performance in Romanian sport Exhibition

Summary/Abstract: The exhibition entitled " Tradition and Performance in Romanian Sports" was organized by the Sports Museum in Bucharest in honour of the European Year of Education through Sports, of the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, and of the 90th anniversary of the Romanian Olympic Committee. The display was arranged in the Constantin Brâncuşi Hali of the Palace of Parliament, by courtesy of the Ambience and Exhibitions Department of the International Conference Centre. The exhibition was opened on 18 May 2004, in the presence of His Excellency A. Oggi, envoy of UNO Secretary General Koffi Annan, and of Mr. Octavian Morariu, President of the National Agency for Sports
