Summary/Abstract: The defeats of summer and autumn of 1916 determined the reorganization of the Romanian army in Moldavia under the leadership of King Ferdinand. The denomination as General Cartier General of Constantin Prezan and the arrival of the French Military Mission led by General Henry Berthelot allowed the transformation of the "army of defeat" into the "army of victory" during the war. Summer of 1917.In this scene, the trial of the national betrayal of General Socec, Colonel Alexander Stourdza and Lieutenant-Colonel Constantin Crăiniceanu took place. The trial of the national betrayal and the personal impliment of General Prezan proved once more his military virtues and his love for the country more important than any blood bond
