Summary/Abstract: The author depicts the conditions of dialogue between the Muslims and the Christians as they are changing due to the latest events in the Middle East. He has carried out an analysis of political actions undertaken by the West and by the Arab countries, and has explained the sources of misunderstandings and their tinderbox. Christianity and Islam are the two religions struggling for the primacy in the contemporary world. The lack of understanding each other leads to huge problems. In the author’s opinion , the dialogue can only be established, when the authorities of both parties will introduce an educational process of mutual understanding.
