Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to introduce a Polish pedagogue Stefan Kunowski and a concepts of developmental dynamism that were drawn up by him. This reference to the concept of education is justified, because it is regarded as one of the most original, theoretically reasonable and practical ideas developed by Kunowski. Therefore the author presented the basic assumptions, of impact on the personal life plan of: Bios, Etos, Agos and Fate. Another advantage this paper is the interpretation of this theory, which was made by the concept of the educational transactional analysis.
