Questions in surveys – craft or art?

Summary/Abstract: Paper describes selected conditions of correct way of putting questions in surveys on the basis of logical structure of questions. One condition is that assumption to question (fundamentum questionis) was a true sentence or assumed to be true by the respondent. Another condition is that question is understood similarly by person questioning and answering. This condition implicates recommendations concerning construction of question data (datum questionis) and ways of defining scope and substance of concepts used in question.
