Source basis of identity – Someone Else source of a teacher’s identity

Summary/Abstract: In reflections on the complex nature of human identity special attention is paid to: place ofliving, memory, comparisons’ and references’ abundance and personal relations with others beingthe source of its basis. To the last ones, because of the subject that has been taken on, I paid mostattention. For a teacher a bond with Someone Else, whose role is played by a student, should be theessence of work. It is the relation with a student as Someone Else gives the teacher knowledgeabout his separateness, is the basis of realizing whom he is. In order to let Someone Else/Studentbecome the source of the teachers identity acceptation, honesty, will of comprehension are crucialand which create the space of real “meeting” allowing interpenetration of identities, discovering ofown identity thanks to the individual of Someone Else.
