Summary/Abstract: The content presented in this article deals with the teachers’ educational know-how. The author emphasizes the importance of popular knowledge, which is employed by teachers in the daily school life. She presents a critical approach to the model of teaching based purely on knowledge transfer. The model seems to be no longer sufficient for the future generations. Education has to be focused on a more creative model of teaching with the use of mutual sharing knowledge.
