The school facility didn’t have its own building, hence it was held several kilometers away. The construction of the school building acted too slowly in relation to the increasing number of children of compulsory school age. In 1931, in order to accelerate the school construction, society formed a “Committee for the Construction Primary School No. 21, named for Stanislaw Konarski”. With the financial participation of the Municipality of the Czestochowa city and the Society for Promoting the Construction of Common Public Schools, modern school building was opened for the school no 21 purposes in 1938. Primary School No. 21 was not only an educational institution for their communities: students, teachers or parents.
