Economic and institutional methods of anti-corruption actions

Summary/Abstract: The study explains the concept of corruption and the corruption mechanism. The cause of the occurrence of these phenomena is a natural human tendency to maximize the individual utility at the lowest cost. Prone to corruption will depend, in turn, from the accepted norms in society, both formal and informal. It seems that, there are economic incentives for corruption and institutional and cultural stimulus, that prevent corruption. Explanation of the reasons of corruption enables the formulation of determinants, the implementation of which will lead to the reduction of this phenomenon.
