Summary/Abstract: Contemporary consumers make use of mobile devices to find the product not leaving the house, look for information on interesting offers handled over on the basis of current location, compare prices, read opinions on the products on the spot, at POS. The mobile technology creates not only opulence of possibilities to shape relationships with customers but more and more affects consumers’ market behaviours. An aim of considerations is to present how consumers make use of their mobile phones and tablets and how it translates into their purchasing decisions. The article is of the conceptual nature.
