Summary/Abstract: The article presents issues concerning the impact of employee creativity connectedwith opportunities of their employment by young entrepreneurs. This article aims to answerthe question if creativity of the candidate for a job is important and if it has a decisive influenceon his/her employment. The article consists of two parts: theoretical and research.In the theoretical part the concepts related to creativity are described as well as the conditionsthat affect the ability of creative work in enterprises are listed. In the research partthe results of interviews about creativity were shown. They were carried out among youngmanagers and owners of companies from Wielkopolska region.
