Summary/Abstract: Scientific work is difficult and it requires willpower, patience, capability, attention, concentration, certain developed habits, discipline, punctuality, knowledge of many scientific disciplines and, above all, everyday hard work. A precise terminology, combined with clear definitions of the key terminology appearing in the text, is beening used in this article. The article represents an interdisciplinary approach to improving work with school children experiencing behavioral and difficulties in learning. It is based on the modern pedagogical, methodical, medical, sociological and psychological research. The educational value of this article lies in the fact that it provides us with objective knowledge on the most important subjects in this area (mental health, pedagogical practice, physical and psychological impediments, mentally retarded children, children with behavioral difficulties, speech impaired children, etc.).
