Summary/Abstract: In organizations where silence is prevalent, it is expected that organizational commitment, which is one of the main factors in the organization's abduction of new opportunities and the ability of employees to survive effectively and productively, is affected by the stress and stress they experience in this environment. In this study, it was attempted to determine whether there is a relationship between Organizational Silence and Organizational Commitment, depending on the views of employees at a shipyard. In the research part, the results of the survey applied to the shipyard employees were interpreted and the results without the research were expressed in the last part. As a result of the research, it was found that there is a positive relationship between organizational silence and organizational commitment.
