In their article, the authors used direct research findings being the basis of comparative analysis of e-consumers’ behaviours in Europe. Surveys on e-consumers’ behaviours were carried out by the method of auditorium questionnaire in 2012 in the selected countries of Europe. The research findings show that European e-consumers, irrespective of the country of origin, most often order products in Internet stores in their country. Taking into account various categories of products, part of the surveyed e-consumers decide to buy on the Internet abroad. On the Internet abroad buy more than half of the surveyed Slovaks, almost half of the Portuguese and Romanians surveyed as well as almost every third Frenchman. Research findings have their social and practical implications. They expand the knowledge on consumers’ conducts ad behaviours in Europe as well as they may be used by enterprises carrying out their activities on the Internet and addressing their offer to e-consumers in various European countries. The article is of the research nature.
