Summary/Abstract: The e-services market is relatively new. In the research of e-services market the same methods can be used as the ones used in the research of other services markets, but the specificity of the e-services determines the choice of measurement techniques. The functioning of the e-services market causes the need to provide market research in the Internet, and the development of on-line research also transfers qualitative research to the net. The article presents the possibilities of using observation techniques, including netnography, in the qualitative research of selected elements of e-services market.
