Summary/Abstract: It’s understood that implementation of the quality management system is an excellent proposition for the organisations that want to improve their internal processes and also characterised by a high level of attention to a product quality and customer needs. Unfortunately, not always the implementation of requirements of the quality management system delivers the wanted results. An idea of the publication is to try to assess functioning of the quality management system in small and medium trade organisations.
