THE CHROMATIC TERMS RED AND BLUE IN DICTIONARIES. LEXICO-SEMANTIC ANALYSIS

Summary/Abstract: Over time, color terms were the subject of various researches, especially lexical-semantic, and in this paper we will focus on the presence of two of these terms in lexicography, blue and red. We will carry out a comparative analysis of nominal structures and fixed expressions containing chromatic terms bleu / blue and rouge / red in French and Romanian, in order to show similarities and differences between structures built in French with bleu and rouge and structures that we find in French-Romanian dictionaries as equivalent to those in French. This comparative analysis will be performed on two axes, the common language, on the one hand and the specialized language, on the other hand
