Summary/Abstract: The real estate market is specific, difficult, highly various, it makes that all the time it is unexplored,because it provides for a number of problems for researchers. The key question is: what hinders usin its analysis? A literature review was used for the identification of gaps and cognitive research on approximationfeatures of the real estate market, or rather its anti-features, which confirms the assumption thatthis market is the denial of a perfect market. It enforces the search for other ways of analysis that before, inparticular the use of a holistic approach.
