Summary/Abstract: Records management supervisors are monitoring protection of archival and documentary material, the established practice of dealing with archival and documentary materials, organization of work, the expertise of the employees, commitment and willingness to learn and improve themselves, as well as relations the entire administration to these problems, which in most cases is low. Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Srpska with there work organized through the work of central services with regional offices in Banja Luka, Doboj, Bijeljina, East Sarajevo, Prijedor and Trebinje, has created and still creates very important documents. This paper will show the status of the regional offices in Banja Luka and Doboj.
