Summary/Abstract: More and more often organisations reach for solutions which enable them entering intointeractions with virtual communities. One of them is crowdsourcing, which is a means ofsolving problems using collective intelligence of the Internet communities. This, however,requires from the organisation knowledge of the factors that condition obtaining of benefi tsfrom crowdsourcing and foster intensifi cation of the process alone and its results. Identifyingof the internal factors of crowdsourcing seems to be an interesting subject, which requiresexploration. The literature related to this subject is fragmentary and dispersed. The aim ofthe article is attempting to identify the internal conditions of crowdsourcing. The article waswritten based on a literature review. The results of the conducted research indicate that thefactors include three levels: process, employee, and organisation.
