Conducting Research and Development Works as an Indicator of Innovation Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the research and development work, carried out by companies inseveral aspects. First, reference is made to the legal acts which define the R & D, determinethe types of work and their scope. Next, reference is made to the concept of Research and Development Centre. In business, this approach is used much more frequently and more widely than in formal and legal areas. Part of the analysis devoted to the current distribution of European Union funds earmarked for the creation and development of infrastructure CBR. Thereis an emphasis on a big impact of these measures on the current situation, reflection of thosecan be seen in the statistical data. The final aspect of the article is about causes and effects ofdecisions on the implementation of R&D and their impact on the company behaviour.
