Methods and tools of solving communication problems in relation IT–business in IT projects

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify methods and tools which help to solve problems in communication between IT and business in software development process. The first part contains the descriptions of the basic concepts such as method, tool and technique. The second one presents problems and causes pointed by the participants of both fields IT and business. The identified issues prompted the authors to analyze the causes and search for available methods, tools and techniques to solve them. This article is a continuation of the publication entitled Identification of communication problems in relation IT−business based on IT projects. A viewpoint of the participant in the software development process.
