Summary/Abstract: Labor Equivalence is positively linked to the satisfaction of life on the whole and the psychological well-being of a person (Della-Rocca & Kostanski, 2001). A method has been applied for the evaluation of job satisfaction by M.Radoslavova (Radoslavova, 2005). In order to disclose the differences in perceptions of different aspects of labor equivalence, a multi-factor dispersive analysis has been made with reference to sex, age, experience in the organization, total work experience, place of living, location, education and position in the hierarchy. The reasons for this are that different aspects of labor equivalence are affected by the above-listed variables. The study was conducted in the period between September and November 2016 amongst 396 respondents in 3 Bulgarian universities. Data have been processed by IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The data indicate that regarding some aspects of labor equivalence such as autonomy, self-initiative and creativity discriminative expressions of the studied demographic factors have been observed. At the same time, trust in colleagues, job satisfaction and salary satisfaction are obviously influenced by other basic variables, unless the studied demographic factors refer to the variables in them.
