THE STATEMENT TRANSGENDER PERSONS IN THE CASE OF A MARRIED

Summary/Abstract: Changing gender is the subject of very extensive, difficult and demanding multi-faceted approach. In the twenty-first century, that is, in an era in which medicine is at a level of development that allows you to „change” a man in a woman or a woman in man, it seems more and more worthy of attention. This article contains theoretical analysis of the problem of sex change and its impact on persons living with transsexual in close relationships. The authors try to answer the questions the legal and social changes associated with gender focus primarily as sex change affects the relationship with your loved ones (spouse, children). All the deliberations are based on a thorough analysis of the subject matter and presentation of de lege lata and de lege ferenda postulates.
