Situation of a juvenile on the example of Polish and French legislation

Summary/Abstract: This article provides a comparative analysis of the situation of a juvenile ‘s patient from the point of view of his medical treatment. The authors’ deliberations will focus primarily on the role and position of statutory representatives of the minor and on the indication of the necessaryconditions to be met in order to have legal effects. In addition, the authors have also pointed outthe possibility of refusing consent in respect of medical treatment for juvenile.
