Summary/Abstract: The article presents the basic geographic views and approaches to Human Resources Management in Bulgaria within the market economy conditions. The essence of the notion ”human resources” and its geographical interpretation are analyzed. Theoretical and empirical arguments for necessity of active policy in this sphere are presented. Exemplary scheme for Human Resources Management at national and regional level is suggested. The specific place and importance of the science and sciencentific explanations are indicated during that process.
