Summary/Abstract: The subject of the study is to uncover new, intangible resources in the field of administration and management. The main objective of the article is to explore the relationship between administrative behaviour and social potential. Administrative behaviour is considered as a collection pattern of behaviour and relationships at different hierarchical levels. The social potential ensures the implementation of the main activities in the public administration, evolving in employee-society relations and attributing to concrete public benefits.
