Summary/Abstract: The archaeological campaign of 2014 had the following objectives: a) The Edifice with hypocaust: verification of the south side of the enclosure wall, verification of room A, verification of the evacuation channels in rooms D and E, verification of the area located northwest of the enclosure wall; b) Necropolis no. 2: verification of the area northeast of the cemetery and the area located south of the block house. Necropolis no. 2 is located in the perimeter of the administrative sector belonging to the Wine Research-Development Station from Pietroasele, situated almost 1 km southwest of the roman castrum. The researches were interrupted in 1989 and resumed in 1999. Until 2006, 45 tombs were investigated (three cremation graves and the rest inhumation). Three Dridu-type dwellings were also discovered between 2002 and 2006, in the southern area of the Necropolis. In the campaign of 2014 we discovered two graves (M 46 – inhumation grave and M 47 - cremation grave) belonging to the 4th century necropolis and a dwelling, partially researched, dated between 9th-10th centuries.
