Summary/Abstract: In this study, a change of an organization about computer technologies, internet, communication, transportation, production and consumption patterns for innovation and improvement that occurred as a result of their “resistance for change” is discussed. The impact of the environment to alteration, continuity of changing based on a vision and effect for behavior of working human-being is of vital importance. Alterations and renovations which occurred in a real organization have been examined for an example. Because of the strict dealing with this subject from an article published about “Alteration/Alternative of Change Management” has been examined on the matrics chart. As in every variation, resistance occurs against to the changes, renovations and innovations in organizations by employees. In this article, the reasons of resistance, the methods to eliminate this resistance has been discussed.
