Summary/Abstract: This article is about key concepts of change and organizational change. Concepts related to change (growth-development, evolution-revolution-co-evolution) have been chosen. These concepts are very close to each other in terms of meanings. Although five key concepts were mainly emphasized, some of the concepts close to these concepts (improvement, restructuring, correction, transformation, progression and regression) were addressed and tried to resolve the meaning confusion. These concepts, frequently encountered in the process of organizational change, are explained together with examples. Of course, concepts that give meaning to organizational change can be replicated. Forgotten concepts can be considered as a limitation of study. In the future, enriching these concepts and evaluating them through cross-comparisons will help to address the issue more effectively.
