Summary/Abstract: Dynamic changes can now be observed both in Internet activities and in marketing communication. The article deals with new trends in technologization of marketing communication, including the use of augmented reality, QR codes, chatbots, the Internet of Things and “smart & simple” technology. In addition, the latest trends in image marketing/communication and image/video 360-degree communication will be presented. The article is based on the analysis of trends in technology-based communication and critical analysis of applications.
