Summary/Abstract: This study deals with the concept of organizational climate in the private health sector and its effects on the quality of service. Data were collected from 181 health personnel working in private health institutions in İstanbul using questionnaire method. The obtained data were analyzed with the IBM SPSS program. As a result, it was found that the effects of organizational climate elements on service quality are different from each other. It was found that the harmony and cohesion of employees and organizational ethics, which are elements of organizational climate, has a statistically significant effect on the quality of service. However, it was found that organizational climate has no effect on the elements such as administrative support, managerial competence and consistency, and workload.
