Summary/Abstract: The intentional chasing of the victim with the car, followed by the hitting and throwing him to the ground, with the consequence of endangering his life, constitutes the offense of attempted murder. However, leaving the place does not constitute the offense of leaving the site of an accident or of altering or deleting its evidences, since the concept 'accident', used in road traffic rules always presupposes the causal pre-existence of the culpability and not the intent to produce it.
