Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is an indication of the importance of communication processes in the creation of modern business models. Today’s market conditions and progressive technologization business process make entrepreneurs create new business solutions that are implemented in the form of business models. Both in the work of the scientific and practical approach dominates the view that remote communication tools create specific solutions at the interface between enterprise and its environment. Of course, this is true but very often it is forgotten that remote communication enables businesses to create entirely new forms of business and the creation of inside of the organization communication structures. The article stresses and draws attention of readers on an extremely broad spectrum of the impact of the communication processes on the forms modern enterprises can take. The article is of a scientific nature. Because of it the author used the identification and penetration of literature in the area of determinants of contemporary business models creation.
