Summary/Abstract: This paper proposes a study of linguistic practices sendingback to various linguistic uses of the terms sugar (sucre) and honey(miel) in French and Tunisian. These uses will be treated in theiranalogical dimension in connection with the socioculturalrepresentations circulating in both societies.
