Financing of reformed economy of municipal waste

Summary/Abstract: In this paper fares for municipal waste management are identifiedand their impact on the construction of new waste management fare is indicated. The new fare was introduced in 2011 in the changed act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. It entrusts municipalities with the ownership of municipal waste. The transactional approach of calculation of this fare in the integrated system of municipal waste management was developed. This integrated system is described by the set of agreements between potential units of municipal waste management.
