Systematics of the controlling processes – chosen aspects

Summary/Abstract: Managers in the process-oriented enterprises should be supported by information in decision making. A special role in this range is met by controlling processes system. For management purposes it can be classified due to different criteria. If the reference point is the weight of the decision being the subject of assistance, in this regard strategic and operational controlling processes can be distinguished. However, in the case of classification based on the areas of management process-oriented enetrprise in this field, a complex and discipline controlling processes can be introduced. The purpose of this article is to present the possibilities of classification of controlling processes due to the selected criteria. The implementation of this objective was associated with using the critical review of literature as the primary method of research.
