Using the Accountability Scorecard in the management of strategic health care facility on the example of health care in Pulawy

Summary/Abstract: Changes in health care requires the involvement of all entities within the system. Therefore, it is important to identify all stakeholders of health care institutions. The Accountability Scorecard is an effective tool for the analysis of hospital’s politics to its stakeholders. The article presents the possibilities of the tool and the example of their constructions for hospitals. Obtained knowledge in the course of the working out of the card of responsibilities and analysis Vestera can contribute to the obtainment of a constant competitive advantage
