Southeastern part of Świętokrzyskie region as an example for research on relations between tourist attractions and possibilities for a tourism cluster development

Summary/Abstract: Tourism is one of the most dynamically developing economic sectors. However, its further development depends on, among others, improvement in quality of services and development of new touristic areas. It has not been until recently when the south-eastern part of the Świętokrzyskie region started to be associated with tourism. Nowadays there have emerged some new facilities that are now included among the most popular tourist attractions of the region. According to the authors, if a cluster is created, it may prove to be a perfect space for touristic cooperation in the area. The aim of the research is then to indicate potential possibilities for tourism development based on the possibility to establish a tourism cluster and to make it operational.
