Summary/Abstract: Changes in the organization are the response to changes in the environment and its interior. They are related to business processes, and products, as the effects of these processes, but also the structures, resources, including people and relationships. These changes are subject to the projects, which serve mainly as a tool for making these changes. Therefore, the knowledge of project management, combined with knowledge of process management and change management is one of the key competences of a modern manager. The aim of the article is not only to identify common denominators of the project management and processes concept and elements of differentiation, but also to present possible ways of the integrative recognition, including variety of ways of decisions and actions coordination in the implementation of organizational changes. The focus here is on economic processes as the subject of change. In preparing this article, which is a review, we used the method of critical analysis of literature and passive observation. From the considerations in the article it is apparent that, more in practice than in theory, attempts are made to the overall project management and accounting processes in the implementation of the organizational changes.
