Decision Processes and Cognitive Processes in Business Management

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays in the business management there are complex decision problems which resolution requires cognitive testing. It guarantees rational and not intuitive decision-making. The article attempted to justify the need for joint analysis and resolution ofdecision and research (cognitive) problems in the business management, and to identify possible solutions in this regard. First, however, decisions classification has been described to identify those that require the help of scientific knowledge. Subsequently, the process of decision-making and cognitive behavior (research) has been presented in a procedural sense, indicating their common attributes. The method of critically analyzing the literature subject has been used for the preparation of the article, as well as the own observations raised from talks with business managers.
