The concept of lean management in a small company. Possibilities and limitations of use

Summary/Abstract: The article firstly presents Lean Managament nature and objectivities. It also describes its evolution pointing out its rich origin. It subsequently presents the principles, methods and techniques of the Lean Managament use. In the light of test results a failure of using Lean in small and medium-sized enterprises have been listed and discussed. Moreover the positive and negative consequences of using Lean and directions for further research have been changed.
