Summary/Abstract: Policy of opening the People’s Republic of China to the world initiated by its leader, Deng Xiaoping, economic reforms and establishing socialism with Chinese specificity, all of ths resulted in the dynamic economic growth. In December, 1978, Deng proposed a new course on social and political development of the state on the 3rd Plenum of Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China and gave grounds for initiating the reformation schedule. China gradually, but also consequently, was changing the economic and social face of the state. Deng led China on tracks of changes for several years, opened the state to the world, gradually stimulating subsequent regions and cities. Within twenty years, China made progress, which many countries were working for during the half of the century. Adapted development model enabled transformation of poor economy in agricultural state (80% of people) into the second economic power of the world, whereas over 400 million people escaped from the poverty and conditions of living were bettered for the majority of the society. According to the above; we should get closer insight into the way in which the People’s Republic of China limited the poverty of rural areas inhabitants.
