THE PLACES OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP OF THE CREATOR - TEACHING PREPARATION FOR RELIGIOUS STUDIES LESSON

Summary/Abstract: In this article the author presents a written preparation for a lesson in religious studies for the sixth grade of primary school. The type of lesson is learning new teaching content. Aims of the lesson are primarily introducing concepts related to the place of worship. Along with learning the subject matter, the aims of this teaching unit is also developing the culture of appropriate behaviour when visiting a place of worship, whether it be a mosque, teqiya, graveyard, and encouragement to build good relations with neighbours and members of other religious communities and to have respect for their sacred places.
